Reasons for the fracture of diesel high-pressure oil pipe of front end loaders

The fracture of diesel high-pressure oil pipe is mainly caused by internal stress generated during assembly and bending fatigue damage caused by high-frequency vibration. The main reasons are:
(1) Improper position or looseness of the high-pressure tubing pipe clamp
When assembling, the position of the pipe clamp is incorrect or the pipe clamp is loose or missing, which will reduce the installation rigidity of the high-pressure oil pipe and reduce the natural vibration frequency of the high-pressure oil pipe. When the natural frequency of the high-pressure oil pipe vibration is the same as the vibration frequency of the diesel engine , It will cause the high-pressure oil pipe to resonate and vibrate greatly to cause fatigue fracture in the middle or both ends of the high-pressure oil pipe.

(2) The tubing is forcibly bent during the repair and assembly process, causing stress on the high-pressure tubing at sharp bends, and fatigue fracture occurs due to periodic vibration during fuel injection; the tubing is worn out or has internal cracks during manufacturing, and the working pressure is relatively high during use. High (usually around 20Mpa), causing the tubing to break due to cracks.
