Abnormal noise of wheel loader and forklift diesel engine——Camshaft bearing noise
The main reason for camshaft bearing noise is the wear of the camshaft and the bearing (shaft sleeve), and the matching clearance is too large; the alloy layer of the bearing is burned out, and the displacement or the bearing clearance and the seat hole bearing "go out of the circle". The bearing noise is a kind of intermittent rhythmic violent "click, click" at medium speed, the sound is obvious, and it can also be heard at idling speed. Engine temperature change or “cylinder broken” test, the sound does not change.
Therefore, the running wheel loader should be regularly checked for fit clearance and maintain good lubrication. For diesel engines with abnormal noise, they should be eliminated in time before use to prevent aggravated wear and cause mechanical accidents.
