The ZGFORKLIFT / MYZG CPD10-A is a seated 1 ton lithium electric forklift developed for pallet transport, shelf replenishment, production supply and loading work on prepared surfaces. Its compact chassis, 1000 kg rated capacity and 400 mm load center suit warehouses, workshops, retail distribution, food and beverage storage, parts centers and light manufacturing. The layout balances maneuverability with the stability required for repeated lifting, carrying and stacking within the confirmed load chart.

Lithium battery power provides quiet operation and no engine exhaust at the point of use. The nominal 60 V / 105 Ah battery supports a 3 kW travel motor and a 3 kW hydraulic pump motor. Actual runtime and charging time depend on load weight, lift frequency, travel distance, floor resistance, gradient, ambient temperature, charger, battery condition and operator behavior. Customers should provide their shift plan so the battery, charger plug and charging strategy can be confirmed before production.

Technical specifications

The seated operating position, overhead guard and mast visibility are arranged for regular material handling. Pneumatic tyres help absorb small surface irregularities on suitable industrial floors and yards, while the compact turning radius supports positioning near racks and workstations. The required aisle width must still include the pallet size, fork length, safety clearance and rack protection. The steering oil line and electrical harness are routed separately to support inspection and maintenance.

Typical loads include cartons, components, tools, packaged food, beverages, hardware, electronic parts, production materials and other stable palletized goods. The CPD10-A can serve warehouses, factories, workshops and logistics areas with controlled traffic. It is not intended for explosive atmospheres, severe off-road terrain, unsecured public-road travel or any load beyond the approved capacity. Floor strength, doorway height, dock plates, ramps, rack dimensions and pallet quality must be evaluated.

Safe operation requires a trained and authorized operator. Before every shift, inspect the forks, fork locks, mast channels, chains, rollers, hydraulic hoses, tyres, wheel fasteners, steering, brakes, lamps, horn, reverse alarm, battery connector and charger. Travel with the forks low, slow down before turning, keep people away from raised loads and never carry passengers. Loads must be centered, stable and fully supported by the forks. Site rules and the supplied manual always take priority.

Lithium battery care requires an approved charger and a designated charging area. Do not use damaged cables, plugs or battery enclosures, and do not make unauthorized electrical changes. Stop using the truck if abnormal heat, smell, swelling, liquid leakage or a warning message appears. Keep electrical components dry and arrange inspection by qualified service personnel. Storage temperature and state of charge should follow the battery supplier’s instructions.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning, checking mast lubrication, measuring chain condition, examining rollers and hoses, monitoring hydraulic oil, tightening fasteners and recording unusual noise, vibration or reduced performance. Avoid pressure washing electrical components. Service intervals and replacement limits are defined in the operation and maintenance manual. Preventive inspection supports uptime, predictable ownership cost and stable load handling.
