The seated operator position, overhead guard and clear mast area are arranged for routine warehouse work. Solid tyres eliminate pneumatic punctures and suit smooth prepared floors. Lithium battery care requires the approved charger, a suitable charging area and compliance with the supplied battery instructions. Do not use damaged cables, connectors or battery enclosures. Stop operation if abnormal heat, smell, swelling, warning messages or liquid leakage appears. Keep the truck dry, avoid unauthorized electrical modifications and arrange inspection by qualified service personnel. Storage state of charge and temperature should follow the battery supplier’s instructions.
Routine maintenance includes cleaning the truck, checking mast lubrication, inspecting chains and rollers, monitoring hydraulic oil, tightening fasteners and recording unusual sound, vibration or performance changes. Do not pressure-wash electrical components. Service intervals and replacement limits are defined in the operation and maintenance manual. Preventive inspection helps protect uptime, load stability and total ownership cost.
