(2) Replace the nozzle with poor atomization;

(3) Check the fuel injection pump with poor working condition to ensure normal operation.

The selection of engine oil

Engine oil selection should be based on the local temperature, combined with the viscosity of the oil to choose the appropriate oil.

Choose high-quality antifreeze

(1) There are two main indicators to measure antifreeze: first, the freezing point, ordinary antifreeze can reach -40 degrees, and high-quality antifreeze can reach about -60 degrees; The second is the boiling point, the boiling point of antifreeze should reach at least 108 degrees.

(2) Anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance is also very important, which is directly related to the service life of the engine cooling system. Secondly, the anti-scaling property should be considered. Before replacing the antifreeze, it is better to clean the scale and rust points in the radiator before adding the new antifreeze.

(3) Under normal circumstances, antifreeze should be changed once a year, one year later, the indicators of antifreeze have not reached the original technical requirements.

(4) Different types of antifreeze must not be mixed to avoid chemical reactions, precipitation or bubbles.

Equipment three leakage maintenance

When the temperature continues to be below 0 degrees, the machine will have oil leakage, air leakage, and water leakage, especially when the temperature continues to be close to -10 degrees. Before enters the winter, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive overhaul of the wheel loader's three leakage conditions to eliminate the three leakage faults and hidden faults.

Winter aging equipment often start difficult failures, so checking and replacing aging electrical lines and components is an essential measure to reduce start-up difficulties, but also need to thoroughly check and maintain the battery. At the same time, check the working condition of the heating equipment to ensure the normal use of the heating equipment in winter.
