Firstly, find the location of the forklift hydraulic cylinder.    The hydraulic cylinder is usually located in the lifting system of a manual forklift, and its location can be found by tracing the hydraulic pipeline.

Secondly,use a wrench to loosen the bolts on the forklift hydraulic cylinder.    Usually, there are two bolts on the hydraulic cylinder, one for fixing the hydraulic cylinder and the other for connecting the hydraulic cylinder and the lifting system.    Use a wrench to turn the bolt counterclockwise to loosen it.

Thirdly, use a hammer to gently tap the forklift hydraulic cylinder to separate it from the lifting system.    Be careful when tapping to avoid damaging the hydraulic cylinder or the lifting system.
