How to prevent the engine from overspeeding on the loader

Hello everyone, today I will tell you how to prevent the engine from overspeeding. In addition to driving carefully, the loader driver should also be carefully notice every abnormal situation of the model. The following points must be done:

1: Do not disassemble and adjust the fuel injection pump and governor.
2: The quality of lubricating oil should be guaranteed, and the oil level should not exceed the limit.
3: Fuel must be kept clean.
4: Clean the air filter in time according to the maintenance regulations, and clean or replace the coarse and fine filters on time.
5: Check and maintain the loader in time, and clean or replace the severely worn parts in time.

Air Intake Restrictions: Obstructions in the air intake system can restrict airflow, leading to an increase in engine speed.
Mechanical Failures: Mechanical failures within the engine, such as broken components or excessive wear and tear, can contribute to overspeeding.
2.  Preventive Maintenance

Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the engine and its components, including the governor, fuel system, air intake system, and all moving parts.
