In order to keep the diesel forklift in a good working condition, make the diesel forklift work normally and reliably, and exert the potential of the diesel forklift, regular daily  maintenance must be taken. 

1. Check the engine oil level and keep the oil level between the two engraved lines on the oil dipstick, close to the upper engraved line. For a diesel forklift engine that has been out of service for a long time or a new engine, after filling the engine oil to the upper mark, run it at low speed for 5 to 10 minutes, then stop the engine, and use the oil dipstick to measure the oil level again.

2. Check the water level of the diesel forklift in the water tank.

3. Check the engine oil level of the diesel forklift in the fuel injection pump, and if it is insufficient, replenish it to the specified mark in time.

4. Eliminate oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage.

5. Check the sturdiness of accessories and components.

6. Check the cleanliness of the diesel forklift fuel tank, remove oil and dust, and pay attention to the drying and cleaning of electrical equipment from time to time.

7. After the new diesel forklift has been operated at light load for 50 hours, the engine oil (including the oil in the fuel injection pump) and the oil filter element should be replaced in time, and the oil pan and oil filter should be cleaned.

8. Regularly maintain the diesel forklift for daily lubricant additives.
